Right of Withdrawal
Unless an exception applies under applicable consumer protection legislation, consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days without providing a reason and without paying a penalty.
For the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the date the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the product.

Customers should provide their order number, name, contact information, and information regarding the product they wish to return.
Returning Products
After notifying Yazzma of the decision to withdraw from the purchase, the customer must return the relevant product within the period required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, returned products should be sent with:
- The product itself,
- Original accessories, if any,
- Original packaging where reasonably possible,
- Invoice or order information.
Products should be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
Condition of Returned Products
Customers may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
The customer may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation and the information provided to the customer before the purchase.
Where the customer uses the return carrier designated by Yazzma in the pre-contract information, the customer will not be charged return shipping costs where applicable law so requires.
Refunds
Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Eligible amounts will generally be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with the customer and permitted by law.
Depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in the customer’s account.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

- Their order number,
- Photographs of the product,
- Photographs of the packaging,
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Rights granted to consumers under applicable legislation relating to defective goods remain unaffected.
Products That May Be Excluded From the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or transactions where an exception is provided under applicable law.
Examples may include, depending on the nature of the product:
- Goods prepared according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized for the customer,
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly,
- Certain sealed goods where the seal has been opened after delivery and return would be unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons,
- Other products specifically excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where an exception applies, this will be communicated to the customer where required.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been shipped by contacting:
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation or has been transferred to the shipping company.
If an order has already been shipped, the customer’s statutory withdrawal and return rights may still apply.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method where applicable.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
